Pluszahnärzte Düsseldorf:
Three dental offices – one brilliant result.

Key facts at a glance:

  • Challenge: Realization of a patient-oriented dental office concept comprising a total area of 570 sqm, with a “wellness” atmosphere and high-tech features in the look of the Pluszahnärzte brand.
  • Special features: Creation of “an atmosphere that lets the patient forget they’re in a dentist’s office”: through the use of transparency and a lively variety of materials and finishes such as glass, wood, an aluminum look, and the brush-rendering of plaster in treatment rooms and lounge areas; and additional eye-catching elements like ceiling panels with integrated media screens to put patients at ease, LED displays to call them in by name, and furniture modules in the client’s corporate image..
  • Approach: As general contractor, execution of demolition measures and all floor and drywall work, as well as all building services including the electrical, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems. Subsequently, installation of glass walls with sliding doors and execution of all painting and brush-rendering work. Finally, installation of furniture and wall paneling with integrated CI elements, and installation of all lighting.
  • Design: Schwitzke & Partner.

Transparency opens up new perspectives.

Three Düsseldorf Pluszahnärzte locations at once placed their trust in Schwitzke Project when they sought to create spaces that their patients would experience not as dental offices, but as places of comfort and even relaxation. The concept called for transparency to allow views into neighboring spaces, variety through the use of diverse materials, lounge areas that transitioned seamlessly into treatment areas via glass walls, and features to draw patients’ attention and calm their gaze

At the same time, it called for establishing a clear connection with the Pluszahnärzte brand through characteristic CI elements. In the role of general contractor, Schwitzke Project delivered the right solutions for all of these requirements, from demolition to all aspects of fit-out, through to the turnkey handover. And without any toothaches, as construction noise and time frames were kept to an absolute minimum to avoid interfering with the offices’ ongoing operations.
