Deine Aufgaben:
  • Controlling and coordination of all trades on our construction sites in Berlin or also national
  • Interface management between our subcontractors
  • Monitoring of quality, schedules, and construction budgets
  • Value engineering
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Organisation of construction meetings, keeping construction diaries
  • Acceptance of subcontractors’ services
  • Participation in the acceptance of our general contractor services by the client and by authorities
  • Coordinating and monitoring the remedy of defects
  • Invoicing for construction services
Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or comparable training/experience
  • Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction
  • Good knowledge of the VOB/B and their practical application.
  • Sure sense of timing and quality
  • Pronounced understanding of commercial trade and numbers
  • Flexibility with regard to the project location
  • Secure working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Good knowledge of English or French is an advantage
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Service-oriented but engaging demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
