Deine Aufgaben:

Independent preparation of execution plans in compliance with our quality specifications and taking into account the current standards and guidelines
Participation in the preparation of approval and building application documents
Clarification of planning details in cooperation with the other project participants
Supporting activities during the planning and execution of the construction work
Communication with project and construction managers, specialist engineers and authorities

Was wir von dir erwarten:

Completed professional training as a construction or technical draughtsman
Relevant planning experience (in the field of architecture or interior design)
Very good AutoCAD user and system knowledge, additional knowledge of Revit is an advantage
Good knowledge of construction and planning law as well as of the accepted rules of engineering
Knowledge of the MS Office products
Good knowledge of English or French is an advantage
Independent, solution-oriented way of working
Service-oriented but engaging demeanor
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
