Once again, the department store relies on the architectural team of Schwitzke & Partner, which has reinterpreted the Manufactum philosophy as a unique design concept.<\/p>\n

In total, the new department store comprises 345 m\u00b2 of sales area and marks the sixth store that Schwitzke & Partner has implemented for Manufactum. All department store concepts are linked by a clear design line \u2013 whether in Bremen, Vienna, Hanover or Hamburg: \u201cFor Manufactum, we rely on a modular approach that is perfectly suited to the small-scale presentation of goods. This jointly developed concept was also applied to the new space in Hamburg,\u201d explains Tina Jokisch, Managing Director at Schwitzke & Partner. \u201cHowever, since no two stores are alike, the new Hamburg location in the Alstertal shopping center also has numerous design features and an individual material plan that gives it a distinctive character.\u201d <\/p>\n
