As general contractor, our Berlin branch took on responsibility for the redesign of the 150 m\u00b2 retail space of BYREDO, one of Sweden’s leading fragrance brands.<\/p>\n

Extensive dismantling and demolition work was carried out over a period of 15 weeks, including shortening a stairwell wall. The renovation work included the precise installation of new drywall, the creation of a free-standing room divider wall and the careful execution of high-quality flooring work.<\/p>\n

Schwitzke Project not only managed the conversion, but also took care of the complete modernization of the electrical installations – from an atmospheric LED lighting system to smart security solutions. The very high-quality furniture, which was specially delivered from Sweden, underlines the particularly elegant atmosphere of the flagship store.<\/p>\n

BYREDO is known for precious and creative fragrance compositions that embody a successful symbiosis of minimalism and sophisticated finess. The flagship store now invites you to experience the unique products in an environment that perfectly reflects the essence of BYREDO.<\/p>\n
