Our Schwitzke Project team has extensively modernized the Pernod Ricard Germany office at Habsburgerring 2 in Cologne. The new office concept combines lifestyle, design, modern work and brand building par excellence on around 3,000 square meters. <\/p>\n

The project was realized in three construction phases over eight months while maintaining ongoing operations. It sets new standards in flexibility, aesthetics, and ‘New Work’ concepts. The result: a modern office with 110 workstations, open creative spaces, phone booths, and focus rooms. Each meeting room is uniquely designed to reflect the character of the respective Pernod Ricard brand. <\/p>\n

According to the specifications of the interior architects Raum.atelier Goldemann-Sabbak and Hasiewicz Interior Architects PartGmbB, Schwitzke Project took over the entire interior design, including furniture, lighting and special areas such as an IT bar. Particularly highlighted is the representative bar in the entrance, which serves as a central meeting point for coffee talks, town hall meetings and after-work networking. <\/p>\n

The new Pernod Ricard Germany office demonstrates how successful collaboration and thoughtful planning can create a functional and exceptional work environment, perfectly aligned with employer branding. The comprehensive modernization has resulted in a space that reflects Pernod Ricard’s corporate culture and values on every level. <\/p>\n
