For the location in Elektrownia Powi\u015ble in Warsaw, we developed a gastronomic interior design and branding concept that focuses on the warmth of the Italian lifestyle and the quality of traditional Italian cuisine. The central theme, both in terms of content and design, is the panettone \u2013 an iconic Italian pastry that not only shapes the culinary offerings but also defines the caf\u00e9’s spatial identity. <\/p>\n

The aim of the concept was to create a place that clearly stands out from the competition while harmoniously integrating into the high-quality environment of Elektrownia Powi\u015ble. The caf\u00e9 positions itself as an authentic Italian bistro, introducing Polish guests to the sweet side of Italian cuisine while offering a high level of comfort and enjoyment. <\/p>\n

Es entstand ein ganzheitliches Konzept, das auf drei zentralen Prinzipien basiert:<\/strong>
der Authentizit\u00e4t italienischer Geschmackskultur, der traditionellen Backkunst rund um den Panettone sowie der italienischen Lebensfreude, die sich in Farbe, Material und Raumwirkung widerspiegelt.<\/p>\n

The interior design consistently supports this philosophy:<\/strong> open presentation areas, a visible display, and the open kitchen put the high-quality products in the spotlight. Different seating and lounge areas create a sense of intimacy, transparency, and an inviting atmosphere. The material and color concept is directly inspired by Panettone cheese. Its texture and candied fruits\u2014lemons, oranges, and raisins\u2014served as the basis for the color scheme and are expressed in custom-designed tiles and the counter front cladding. Green accents, reminiscent of Italian herbs, and copper details, inspired by classic Italian tableware, complement the design. The color palette of copper, sea blue, green, white, and burgundy lends the space depth and elegance. Steel elements and perforated copper sheets underscore the warm, Mediterranean ambiance, while intensely colored tiles on the counter and supporting columns echo the internal structure of Panettone and give the space a strong visual identity. <\/p>\n

This resulted in a caf\u00e9 and restaurant concept that combines Italian tradition, contemporary interior design, and economic functionality. A place that merges product, brand, and space into a clear, recognizable whole \u2013 and makes the passion of Italy subtly but effectively tangible. <\/p>\n
