Task
Schley is a family-run garden center with branches in Ratingen and Mettmann and is active in horticulture in the eighth generation. Schley does not want to be counted among the hardware stores, rather they wish to differentiate theirself from the competition and focus on its specialist knowledge and high product quality in their communication. Due to Corona, the demand for plants and beautiful decoration has increased significantly: plants have become a permanent furnishing element. We asked ourselves: How can we make the Schley garden center more emotional and contemporary?
Solution
Schwitzke ID managed “with love” to reposition Schley on the market and to clearly differentiate the company from the competition. The values of the company haven’t wavered, but are emphasized and communicated more clearly: We have combined tradition, quality and diversity into a new branding. The new claim “Love turns green” reflects Schley’s technical expertise and dedication to the subject of plants. The fresh design developed by us makes you want to shop and experience. The redesign of the website and the social media channels bring the world of plants and flowers to life again. Love turns green. Love turns design.
