The task was to translate Walbusch's brand values – quality, community, innovation and function – into a contemporary store design and to add the values of "experience" and "modernity".

Natural tones and materials, such as wood and stone, define the design and create a cozy atmosphere. Light details unconsciously influence the well-being of the customer.

Walbusch, the traditional clothing company, continues to expand its brick-and-mortar retail business and focuses on experiential shopping: With the redesigned store in the Spandau-Arcaden, the fashion company, founded in 1934 and headquartered in Solingen, Germany, positions its store as a meeting place for the Walbusch community and thus creates incentives to go shopping in brick-and-mortar stores, despite strong online trade.
