Our task was to completely restructure the traditional store of the clothing company Wöhrl in Nuremberg over 6 floors and to create clear orientation as well as modern worlds of experience for customers

In the process, the existing area was expanded by a new building with 6,000sqm to a total of 20,000sqm. Completely new features include a beauty area on the first floor, a lifestyle restaurant and extensive service offerings such as an integrated post office, packing service and personal shopping. The highlight is the expansive vertical LED wall in the central air space, which at 27 meters high is one of the largest in Europe.

The region served as inspiration for the material: natural materials such as oak, terracotta and terrazzo or brass and gold as well as fluted glass can be found throughout the building. Carpets and elegant wallpaper and curtains in the highlight areas create additional accents. In the new beauty area, for example, regional sandstone was combined with brushed stainless steel.
