Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the overall coordination of a project (planning of planning)
- Coordination and control of the project team and external planning participants
- Organization and coordination of planning processes from feasibility and design to construction implementation and final project documentation
- Coordination and clarification within planning context and planning requirements
- Checking planning for completeness, functionality and readiness for implementation
- Checking that the planning documentation complies with the technical, contractual, deadline and cost-relevant specifications and targets
- On going tracking of the planning process
- Preparation and monitoring of schedule and cost planning (including supplementary management)
- Negotiation and communication of planning issues with the client, authorities and other project participants
- Moderation of internal and external project meetings
Our expectations
- You have a degree in architecture and around 5 years of professional experience in the field of brand architecture and the coordination of projects i this field
- You have an understanding and interest in topics such as fire protection, MEP, electrical engineering, etc.
- Experience in the field of interior design is an advantage
- The project organization and implementation of great projects is your passion
- Good design inspires you and you are characterised by an exceptional attention to detail
- You have experience in handling relations with clients and enjoy working in a team
- You have your own opinion and strong ideas
- Confident and goal-oriented communication, organizational skills and a meticulous way of working are your strengths
- You have very good English and software skills
