A large tech company wanted to remodel its Cologne office. The architectural concept had been worked out. It was now up to Schwitzke Project to make it a reality.

Schwitzke Project worked with building services planners right down to the structural level to fully modernize the building and security systems despite incomplete as-built documentation.
Break through walls, lay new wiring and connections. After extensive demolition work, the interior fit-out could begin. The acoustics of the space were a primary focus.
Damping elements such as ceiling sails and lamellae and sound-absorbing carpet tiles and glass partitions integrate the acoustics into the aesthetics – creating a modern workspace, which Schwitzke Project realized right through to turnkey handover. Fully in keeping with the vision of the architect – and of the client. After all, Schwitzke Project delivered within the specified deadline and budget.
