Schwitzke Project is seeking a Draughtsman (m/f/d)

We realise complex construction schemes in existing buildings. The portfolio ranges from the implementation of new office environments to innovative stores and from new construction to revitalization. As a general contractor, we assume responsibility for the entire process from planning to turnkey handover throughout Europe.

At the earliest possible date we are looking for a Draughtsman (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
  • Independent preparation of execution plans in compliance with our quality specifications and taking into account the current standards and guidelines
  • Participation in the preparation of approval and building application documents
  • Clarification of planning details in cooperation with the other project participants
  • Supporting activities during the planning and execution of the construction work
  • Communication with project and construction managers, specialist engineers and authorities
What we are looking for:
  • Completed professional training as a construction or technical draughtsman
  • Relevant planning experience (in the field of architecture or interior design)
  • Very good AutoCAD user and system knowledge, additional knowledge of Revit is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of construction and planning law as well as of the accepted rules of engineering
  • Knowledge of the MS Office products
  • Good English language skills or French is an advantage
  • An independent and solution-oriented working method
  • A service-oriented but binding approach
