Covering approximately 480 m², Sohoma is developing:
● A structured, open reception area,
● An integrated breakfast and dining area,
● Multiple uses in a single space, without interruption.
● The volumes, flows, and atmospheres have been designed to
accommodate extended stays with comfort and consistency.
Located in a dense urban environment, the Sohoma project
is notable for its high level of complexity:
● Work carried out on an occupied site,
● Operation on two levels simultaneously,
● No room for error,
● Two months of work in an extremely constrained environment.
An operation carried out with precision, coordination, and high standards.
Still relatively unknown today, Sohoma is laying the foundations for a
new standard in urban long-stay accommodation.
