For the new flagship store of the French beauty brand, we designed a unique retail concept and translated the brand's requirements into the space.

A member of the L’Oréal group, Lancôme is one of the world’s leading luxury beauty brands. With its new flagship store, the company is continuing its omnichannel strategy and creating a space dedicated to its fundamental mission: bringing joy and happiness into the lives of its customers.

In the heart of the Champs-Élysées, next to Galeries Lafayette, we created a 300 m² flagship store for Lancôme. Completed in 18 months, the project included planning, technical development, supervision, and turnkey fit-out.

Spread over four levels, two of which are open to the public, the store offers a unique brand experience. A rotating exhibition space with immersive installations—currently a cloud of rose petals—and giant screens dedicated to advertising campaigns define the entrance. Golden, beige, pink, and black tones structure the Perfume, Makeup, and Skincare areas. The double-height ground floor reflects Parisian chic with its herringbone oak flooring, black steel ceiling details, and custom-made display tables in Corian, metal, mirror, and brass.
