Schwitzke expands to Istanbul

We are expanding our international network: With Schwitzke Bileydi in Istanbul, we are strengthening our presence in Turkey and the Middle East. In partnership with renowned architect Yigit Bileydi, we combine international architectural expertise with a deep understanding of the region’s cultural and design characteristics – a strategic step in our global growth.

Istanbul, as a bridge between Europe and Asia, it’s the ideal starting point for us to explore new markets. The city stands like no other for multiculturalism, dynamism, and change – values ​​that also shape our work.

With Yigit Bileydi, we have gained an experienced partner who has been implementing architectural projects in the hospitality, office, and gastronomy sectors for almost 20 years. Our collaboration was born in 2024 out of a shared understanding of design, brand, and space.

For over 35 years, we have stood for sophisticated architectural and design solutions – from strategic consulting and planning to turnkey implementation. Our work always focuses on the user, the experience, and architecture as a brand language.

With our new location in Istanbul, we are creating an international hub for projects in the region – and reaffirming our commitment to thinking about architecture with a global perspective and local depth.
