Reserved celebrates flagship store opening in Oberhausen
Düsseldorf, December 2025
The Polish fashion brand Reserved, the flagship brand of the family-run fashion company LPP, is celebrating the opening of its new flagship store in Westfield Centro Oberhausen, one of Europe’s largest shopping centers. Founded in 1998, LPP is now one of the most successful fashion retailers in Central and Eastern Europe.
Schwitzke Górski and Schwitzke & Partner were jointly responsible for the planning, implementation, and construction coordination of the new store. The opening underscores the successful and long-standing collaboration with the parent company, LPP.
The new store concept embodies Reserved’s contemporary retail vision: a combination of well-thought-out functional solutions, high-quality materials, and a strong focus on the customer experience. In close collaboration with LPP and all project stakeholders, the international flagship concept was specifically tailored to the conditions of Westfield Centro Oberhausen and translated into a cohesive design.
Schwitzke Górski handled the planning and implementation of the flagship concept, ensuring seamless integration into the existing retail space. Schwitzke & Partner managed the project on-site and coordinated all processes during the construction phase – including liaising with authorities, the landlord, fire safety, and building services engineering.
