New locations in Munich and Hamburg: Schwitzke Project continues to grow
Düsseldorf, July 2025
Our general contractor Schwitzke Project, under the leadership of managing directors Wolfgang Sigg and Timon Koch, opened its new location in Munich’s Obersendling district in May. With the expansion to approximately 560 square meters of office space, our subsidiary is responding to growing demand in southern Germany – particularly in the area of revitalization of existing buildings. Within just two years, Dirk Lindner, as branch manager, has managed to build a powerful team of experts and sustainably consolidate our market position in southern Germany.
In addition to its locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Munich, Schwitzke Project is now strengthening its presence in Northern Germany with a new branch in Hamburg. With the office at Steinhöft 9, in the heart of the Hanseatic city, Schwitzke Project now has a total of four locations in Germany. With the dynamic development of HafenCity and new urban districts such as Grasbrook and Science City, Hamburg offers an attractive environment for renovation and expansion projects.
With the new branch, we can serve our customers in Northern Germany even more directly and further expand our collaboration with regional specialist companies, architects, and engineers. Klaus Klabunde will head the Hamburg branch, supported by Katja Merklein as Head of Division and Lukas Lüdecke, who is moving from the Düsseldorf headquarters to Hamburg.
Holistic project management from a single source
As an experienced general contractor, Schwitzke Project supports construction projects from the early planning phase to turnkey handover – across Europe, across all trades, and including technical building services. Whether as a partner for the entire process or for selected service phases, our particular focus is on the revitalization of existing buildings and the sustainable implementation of demanding construction projects.
