An eye-catching bar; kitchen technology ralized by Schwitzke Project

Installing the kitchen required extensive preliminary work. The floor screed was torn up; as were the walls, to lay the technical systems from their central points out to all connections.

The deadline was set: L’Osteria, near Stuttgart’s central station, wanted to open after just ten weeks of construction time. Schwitzke Project took on the risk for the project as general contractor.
Even as Schwitzke Project was still fine-tuning the plans with the architect, all of the subcontractors were engaged.
The construction process demanded a synchronization of the technical crews, under the direction of Schwitzke Project. Demolition companies, screed layers, and ventilation installers worked in concert to make rapid progress on a detailed construction schedule. As the last technical connections were laid, the installation of the furnishings began – precisely coordinated according to an elaborate logistical plan.
Not a minute was lost. The counter was installed in the kitchen, the selected tables and chairs were placed in complement to the floor tiles and parquet – just as called for in the architect’s design. The turnkey handover took place on time and within budget. The way it has to be.
