Byredo's first flagship realized

As general contractor, our Berlin branch took on responsibility for the redesign of the 150 m² retail space of BYREDO, one of Sweden’s leading fragrance brands.
Extensive dismantling and demolition work was carried out over a period of 15 weeks, including shortening a stairwell wall. The renovation work included the precise installation of new drywall, the creation of a free-standing room divider wall and the careful execution of high-quality flooring work.
Schwitzke Project not only managed the conversion, but also took care of the complete modernization of the electrical installations – from an atmospheric LED lighting system to smart security solutions. The very high-quality furniture, which was specially delivered from Sweden, underlines the particularly elegant atmosphere of the flagship store.
