David Schwitzke complements the management

David Schwitzke will take over the position as additional managing director of the Schwitzke Group from October 1, 2024. As the son of Klaus Schwitzke, who continues to lead the group of companies as managing partner together with his brother Karl Schwitzke, David Schwitzke will take on responsibility for real estate development and client representation in the future.

With his entry, the Schwitzke Group is strengthening its focus on holistic real estate developments – both for the group itself and for customers and would like to offer investors and developers efficient project development from a single source.

David Schwitzke brings valuable experience from renowned architectural offices and project development companies. After studying at the “Architectural Association School of Architecture” in London, he worked, among other things, in the design and implementation planning department at Foster Partners at the Bloomberg headquarters and as an architect in the acquisition and competition department at HPP architects. He also worked as an architect, project and office manager at EuroAtlantic GmbH.
