Generation change at Schwitzke & Partner: David and Lukas Schwitzke take over management

A significant step for the future of our group: David and Lukas Schwitzke are taking over the dual leadership of Schwitzke & Partner, succeeding Tina Jokisch and Marie Dorenz, who previously led the company together.

With their experience in architecture and design, David und Lukas are providing new impetus for the company’s further development::

🔹David Schwitzke: After studying architecture at the renowned Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, he gained valuable experience at Foster & Partners and HPP Architekten. Prior to that, he worked as an architect and project and office manager at EuroAtlantic GmbH. Since October 2024, he has been part of the management team of the Schwitzke Group and is responsible for real estate development and client representation.

🔹 Lukas Schwitzke: A communications designer with a degree from the Technical Art School in Berlin, he took over the successful communications agency in 2023 after various positions at Schwitzke ID and strengthened its presence in the virtual space with digital offerings. With his creative approach, he is shaping the design future of Schwitzke & Partner.
