Deine Aufgaben:
  • Supervision of implementation / contact person for all questions regarding Technical Building Equipment in the project, as well as for clients, building contractors, and colleagues
  • Professional supervision of planning for Technical Building Equipment
  • Invitation and assessment of bids
  • Technical and commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids
  • Negotiation of services and prices with subcontractors
  • Technical support during award of contract
  • Supervision of subcontractor services in Technical Building Equipment trades
  • Monitoring of quality, schedules, and construction budgets in Technical Building Equipment trades
  • Invoicing for construction services

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, completed course of study in a related area, or comparable professional training with relevant working experience
  • Professional experience in handling building engineering systems
  • Sure sense of timing and quality
  • Pronounced understanding of commercial trade and numbers
  • Secure working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Strong command of English
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Service-oriented but engaging demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
