To support our new office in Hamburg, we are looking for dedicated
Architects/Civil Engineers (m/f/d) for project management/site management for interior fit-out works
Your responsibilities:
- Independent management of complex construction projects in the field of turnkey interior fit-outs (refurbishment of existing buildings), from cost estimation and project preparation through to site supervision and handover to the client
- Overseeing construction projects on site as part of the site management team and acting as point of contact for all parties involved in the construction
- Manamgement and supervision of all trades (KG 300 and 400), as well as ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and controlling costs
- Tendering, awarding contracts and managing subcontracotrs' services
- Negotiation with our subcontractors regarding services and prices
- Organisation and conduct of site meetings and inspections
- Invoicing for construction services
What we are looking for:
- A degree in (interior) architecture or civil engineering, or equivalent training/experience
- Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction
- Knowledge of the VOB and construction law is an advantage
- A keen sense of timing and quality
- A strong understanding of commercial trade and numbers
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working
- A service-oriented, yet assertive manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
