Design Award for the delicatessen Favo Deli & Apero

We are very pleased that our store concept for the Favo Deli & Apero has already been awarded a renowned design award and is now nominated for the Property Award in Poland.

For Favo Deli & Apero we developed a modern, multifunctional room concept that harmoniously combines the functionality of a delicatessen with the sociable atmosphere of an aperitif. The idea was to create a place that goes beyond just shopping – inspired by the lively marketplaces of Barcelona, Paris and Rome, where trade and encounters flow seamlessly together.

The design uses a carefully coordinated color and material palette: white, black and beige form the primary colors, while accents of wine red, artichoke green and shrimp pink bring the space to life. Natural materials such as wood and high-quality stone tiles give the space the warm, authentic aesthetic of a marketplace.

A special highlight is the well-thought-out zoning: delicatessen and aperitif areas are clearly separated from each other and yet connected to each other. Decorative ceiling elements reminiscent of outdoor market parasols and delicate wooden shelves with woven baskets create a bridge between traditional market aesthetics and contemporary design.

The heart symbol, a central component of the brand identity, runs through the room as a design leitmotif and strengthens recognition. Favo Deli & Apero becomes a place that combines modern design with traditional values – a social and culinary meeting place that invites you to linger, enjoy and discover.
