L´Osteria Frankfurt My Zeil - Complete fit-out

L’Osteria, known since 1999 as the “friendly Italian next door” in Nuremberg and now an established restaurant brand with almost 170 locations across Europe, has entrusted us with the complete fit-out of their new restaurant in the MyZeil shopping center in Frankfurt. Our team at Schwitzke Project, having successfully completed locations in Stuttgart and Lyon, managed to finish this project within just 12 weeks.
Our range of services for the 700 square meters area included the takeover and adaptation of the existing ventilation, air conditioning and cold storage systems. The structure of the ancillary rooms, including staff rooms, offices and storage rooms, was also designed according to the customer’s specific requirements. The interior design was carried out by Dippold Innenarchitektur GmbH. In particular, the elegant herringbone oak parquet flooring with a surrounding frieze gives the restaurant a unique ambience.
At the request of the customer and thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team, who were able to complete the final work parallel to the furniture assembly, we were able to bring forward the opening by two weeks.
