The new bathroom design is characterized by a natural stone look in combination with small tiles

A direct comparison illustrates the concept. On the right, selected materials and accessories await guests in the open bathroom – the bedroom and bathroom now form a single design unit.

You can fulfill a contract or exceed expectations. Accor and its subsidiary, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, originally planned to renovate their bathrooms. The design and fixtures dated back to the 1980s.
It would have also been nice to upgrade the rooms. But the budget had been set.
Even so, were there any smart ways to still do a fresh-up? Schwitzke Project took up the challenge and proposed a clever budget plan that would provide a face-lift with limited resources.
The ideas made quite an impression.Accordingly, Schwitzke Project did more than just completely renovate 99 bathrooms in the allotted four-month construction period – from the demolition and pipework renovation to the tiling and installation of furniture, washbasins, and toilets, much of which was specially designed.
On top of that, selected rooms were given a stunning makeover, including new design flooring with a wood look, fresh curtains, and a matching paint job.
It goes without saying that the work proceeded smoothly for guests and hotel staff alike.
