As a general contractor, we assume responsibility for the entire process from planning to turnkey handover throughout Europe.
Deine Aufgaben
- Controlling and coordination of all trades on our construction sites in Berlin or also national
- Interface management between our subcontractors
- Monitoring of quality, schedules and construction budgets
- Value engineering
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Organisation of construction meetings, keeping construction diaries
- Acceptance of subcontractors’ services
- Participation in the acceptance of our general contractor services by the client and by authorities
- Coordinating and monitoring the remedy of defects
- Invoicing of construction services
Unsere Erwartungen
- Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or comparable training/experience
- Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction
- A sense of timing and quality
- Distinct commercial and numerical understanding
- Knowledge of the MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English or French is an advantage
- An independent and solution-oriented working method
