The portfolio ranges from the implementation of new office environments to innovative stores and from new construction to revitalization. As a general contractor, we assume responsibility for the entire process from planning to turnkey handover throughout Europe.

For our Team in Berlin we are looking for a Architect/civil engineer (m/f/d) for project management/construction management
Your responsibilities:
  • Independent handling of complex construction projects, from calculation and project preparation to construction supervision and handover to the client
  • Tendering and awarding
  • Negotiation of services and prices with subcontractors
  • Supervision of subcontractor services
  • Monitoring of quality, schedules, and construction budgets
  • Invoicing for construction services
What we are looking for:
  • Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or comparable training/experience
  • Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction
  • Sure sense of timing and quality
  • Pronounced understanding of commercial trade and numbers
  • Knowledge of the MS Office products
  • Good English language skills or French is an advantage
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Service-oriented but engaging demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
