Deine Aufgaben
- Independent calculation and purchasing of our demanding projects in turnkey construction (with focus on construction in existing buildings)
- Autonomous preparation of service specifications for all trades based on functional descriptions
- Obtaining offers for craft and construction services and supplier products
- Technical clarification and commercial evaluation of subcontractor offers, preparation and evaluation of price comparison lists
- Preparation of tender documents
- Independent negotiation with subcontractors about services and prices
- Reviewing and understanding building plans and technical drawings
- Close cooperation with project teams and management
Unsere Erwartungen
- Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or a comparable craft, commercial or other background
- Lateral entrants are welcome
- Experience in calculation and purchasing of construction services for the extension, conversion and shell construction
- Deep commercial understanding and a high affinity for figures
- Knowledge of the MS Office products
- Good English skills, knowledge of additional foreign languages is advantageous
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
