Schwitzke Project realizes ambitious, complex construction projects in existing buildings. As a general contractor, we guide the entire building process from the planning stage right through to turnkey handover – Europe-wide. Our activities are focused on projects in catering and restaurants, retail, offices, shopping malls, hotels, and building revitalization. We make it possible for our clients to realize their plans. We are seeking a dedicated project manager/construction site supervisor (m/f/x) to support our team at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities:
  • Independent handling of complex construction projects, from calculation and project preparation to construction supervision and handover to the client
  • Invitation and assessment of bids
  • Negotiation of services and prices with subcontractors
  • Supervision of subcontractor services
  • Monitoring of quality, schedules, and construction budgets
  • Invoicing for construction services
What we are looking for:
  • Professional training or experience in (interior) architecture/construction or a comparable area
  • Experience in realizing projects in the area of interior fit-out/retail
  • Sure sense of timing and quality
  • Pronounced understanding of commercial trade and numbers
  • Secure working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of French an advantage
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Service-oriented but engaging demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
