With the Mall of Switzerland, the largest shopping and recreation destination of central witzerland opened its doors. The mall combines shopping, recreation as well as living and working. Schwitzke developed the entire brand personality as well as the interior architecture & retail concept for the new favorite spot in Ebikon. As the mall’s overarching theme, the Kaleidoscope represents Switzerland’s diversity with its multitude of cultures, languages and traditions. The iconic logo is derived from the Swiss Cross, traditional elements based on the flags of all the regions appear as modern wall graphics. Regional materials such as oak and elm, terrazzo, asphalt and quartz create a connection to the country’s naturalness. Jumping Facades, developed by Schwitzke & Partner, are currently unique in Switzerland. Facades that jump forwards and backward create the impression of a diverse inner city.
