The offer of the Sander in Frankfurt ranges from a deli with take-away products to a restaurant as well as a café and a bar.
For the concept, we developed the design leitmotifs "Manufacture", "Forest & Meadow" and "Tradition & Modernity" and translated these into a contemporary urban gastronomy design.
Freshness and quality are paramount at Sander and were to be reflected in the interior design and materials such as oak wood and marble. The heart of the restaurant is the open manufactory, which offers insight into the preparation of the dishes and creates an experience for all the senses.
